Irish Electric Corporation, Hopkinton, New Hampshire

Darragh Madden emigrated from Dublin, Ireland in 2000. He founded Irish Electric upon his arrival and had grown his business to 25 employees. Darragh's competitors have websites that are mostly unmemorable. An electrical cord as a logo and images of trucks are endlessly seen.

We built on Darragh's existing brand identity of the Celtic knot and Irish brogue with green clover keeping his firm top-of-mind without resorting to cliche or Irish kitsch. The website was built with sections designed to promote both the residential and commercial services they provide. High-quality stock photography was used throughout the site to enhance their existing images. The image os clover was used as a full-bleed background, and semi-transparent white content blocks allow the text to be easily read.
