Forward Design-Build is an Ann Arbor, MI-based firm that specializes in residential home design and construction. Jef, the owner, is an architect with a team of twenty-five employees. Forward engaged Means-of-Production to redesign and update their existing Squarespace website, write blog articles, create a marketing automation funnel and post on social media.

The entire site was redesigned with a new look and feel. A new set of project-in-progress pages were built to illustrate and explain the remodeling process by showing actual projects. The blog articles we’ve written and posted on the site have been the primary source of traffic for the firm. In a single year, 7,265 website visitors clicked through directly to the website through blogs found in search engines with another 3,296 coming through social media. Over ten-thousand visitors from all sources were local prospects. Lead magnet white papers were written and designed as part of an email marketing automation funnel.
